**Key Responsibilities:**
* Mine and interpret client receivable, payment, and contact-center datasets to uncover revenue-recovery opportunities
* Design and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards tracking DSO, recovery yield, and promise-to-pay rates
* Develop SQL- and Python-based forecasting models to sharpen cash-flow predictability
* Partner with client and internal ops teams to convert insights into measurable process fixes
* Implement robust data-quality checks across all ingestion and ETL workflows
* Present clear, story-driven findings to client executives and CMS leadership
* Prototype new analytics assets that expand our revenue-cycle toolset
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years delivering data analytics in finance, collections, or SaaS environments
* Advanced SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R for statistical work a plus
* Hands-on experience with modern BI suites (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
* Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving aptitude
* Working knowledge of GAAP revenue concepts and basic accounting
* Confident communicator able to translate data into business actions
* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
* Exposure to cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) preferred
