Team Summary: Within NOA’s Digital Marketing department, this role is part of the Creative Services team and designs and produces creative assets, components, and templates for multiple channels supported by the Production team, including websites, marketing banners, on-device content, email newsletters, Play Nintendo activities, and seasonal promotions.

Description Of Duties

  • Create visual assets for use in advertising, retail, web marketing, seasonal sales, and promotions.
  • Create usable and accessible design system components.
  • Contribute and collaborate on initiatives and design tasks within the Creative Production team and with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal design staff on the adherence and use of brand guidelines and product style guides; enforcing high quality standards throughout the area.
  • Employ various interactions, animation, and effects to create imaginative ways to capture the spirit of a wide range of art styles and franchise IP’s.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all assets produced by the team for each product/campaign.
  • Facilitate file transfers with other groups, agencies, and subsidiaries for area of responsibility.
  • Apply feedback from various groups, analyze and implement in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback to outside agencies or contractors on visual design as needed.
  • Provides designs which are compliant with established brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Prepares and presents proposals regarding design, content, features, standards, and creative new approaches for the use of online communication.

Summary Of Requirements

  • Three to five years of related design experience, including working as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standard design tools.
  • Experience with ticket management and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in interaction design, usability, prototyping, information architecture, and mobile development.
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics
  • Experience working with and contributing to a design system
  • Passion for the video game industry and familiarity with Nintendo’s brand, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $79,600 - $127,400 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
