Our Youth Pastor will:
- Run a dynamic and exciting Youth Ministry
- Communicate compelling messages focused on God's Word
- Plan and create fun and welcoming events
- Create leadership teams
- Oversee a multi-site youth ministry
- Oversee a intern team
- Recruit for our Summer Camp Experience to gather and challenge students
- Recruit and equip volunteers to serve alongside you as a team
- Will be passionate to engage with students both churched and unchurched
- Participate in staff meetings, service planning, and church services/events
