Job Description
- Publish attractive Spanish/Portuguese promotional content on social media, including company introductions and product information, and spread it through social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Actively interact with potential customers on social media, collect retention information, and establish preliminary customer contacts.
- Coordinate and follow up on retention leads through email or online meetings, understand customer needs through phone or email, and assist the sales team in facilitating negotiations.
- Regularly update and maintain the language pages of the company's official website to ensure the accuracy and updating of information.
- Assist the sales team in conducting market analysis and competitor research, and provide support for developing sales strategies.
