Position Summary...

The Walmart+ Finance Senior Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the Walmart+ membership business. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including eCommerce, Merchandising, and Operations—to deliver actionable insights, optimize business performance, and support growth initiatives. The Senior Manager leads the development of forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, and provides financial guidance on new membership initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you'll do...

The Walmart+ Finance Senior Manager is a key member of the Walmart+ Finance team, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, and strategic support for the Walmart+ membership program. This role partners with business leaders to drive growth, optimize profitability, and ensure sound financial decision-making across the Walmart+ program. Key responsibilities:

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for Walmart+.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business initiatives, benefit launches, and growth strategies.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health of the Walmart+ business.
• Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and business cases to senior leadership.
• Support the evaluation of new business models, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

‎ 

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
