Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement-related agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, supply agreements, software licenses, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, and service-level agreements.
Provide legal support and strategic counsel to the Chief Procurement Officer and their leadership team on strategic initiatives, supplier relationships, contract structure, and risk mitigation.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and business risks in supplier engagements.
Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks, and guidelines to streamline the contracting process and promote consistency.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to procurement activities and advise on compliance and best practices.
Provide training and guidance to the Procurement team and internal stakeholders on contract terms and legal issues.
What you’ll bring:
You are skilled in contract law and have experience providing counsel to management level business executives.
Have a background working with procurement professionals in a corporate setting, and possess the ability to draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Excellent judgment skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A proactive approach to managing legal risks and supporting business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
