Position summary The Scheduler prepares the daily and master schedule for the nursing department. The Scheduler will also track absenteeism/tardiness and provide reports to the Executive Director. As the Scheduler you will also inform Executive Director and Human Resources of vacancies, transfers, etc. and meet with new hires to review staffing guidelines. Pervious Staffing or Scheduling experience with Long-term care environment highly preferred.
