Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant! This exciting, fully remote role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, where you'll be responsible for buying and selling homes, conducting thorough market research, estimating repairs, and closing deals. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and have a knack for negotiation, we'd love to hear from you—no prior real estate experience required!

What You'll Be Doing:

Follow up on leads, analyze properties, and identify new home acquisition opportunities
Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties
Perform detailed due diligence on potential acquisitions and prepare contracts for finalization
Estimate repair costs and determine both the As-Is value and After Repair Value (ARV) of properties
Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers and discuss property details
Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process

About You:

You bring 4+ years of successful sales experience, particularly in phone-based sales
You consistently rank among the top sales performers and thrive in a goal-driven environment
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are proficient with Microsoft Office
You've exceeded sales quotas and are comfortable negotiating deals with clients
A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, but not required
