Summary:
The QTI has partnered with a food manufacturer to recruit for a Quality Assurance Lead on 2nd Shift. A complete benefits package will become available after completing the probationary period!
- Hours: Monday to Saturday 6:00pm-2:30am
- Pay: $22.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience with quality management systems, SSOPs, Environmental hygiene programs, prerequisite programs and HACCP.
- Knowledge of relevant GFSI standards such as FDA, SQF, MOSA, RSPO, USDA.
- Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety regulations, FSMA and industry and market trends is desired.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Effective at organizing and managing multiple work tasks of a diverse nature.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to work with frequently exposure to cold, wet and/or humid conditions
