CTG is seeking to fill a **Project Manager - SAP HANA** position for our client. **Location:** Denver, CO **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful deployment of SAP HANA solutions. + Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management. + Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project deliverables. + Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion. + Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. + Ensure quality assurance, testing, and validation of SAP HANA solutions. + Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers. + Communicate project progress, issues, and changes effectively to all stakeholders. + Ensure all project deliverables align with business objectives and customer needs. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SAP HANA solutions are consistent with strategic business goals. **Skills:** + Strong knowledge of SAP HANA products and ecosystem. + Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). + Proven ability to manage large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects. + Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. **Experience:** + Extensive experience managing SAP HANA implementation projects. + Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex technical environments. + Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. + Vendor management and contract negotiation experience is preferred. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required. + Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
