**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and support strategic HR initiatives across North America. This role plays a key part in driving the successful execution of complex, high-impact, and confidential projects spanning Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management, and organizational transformation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder communication skills, and experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead end-to-end management of large-scale HR projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and HR strategy.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Track project progress, resolve issues proactively, and communicate updates to senior leadership.
Partner with HR and business leaders to support change management and communication initiatives.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
**Qualifications**
Experience: 5+ years of progressive project management experience, with a strong focus on HR-related projects.
Proven success managing complex and confidential initiatives in a corporate environment; M&A project experience is a plus.
Deep understanding of HR functions, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience working within a global, matrixed organization is a plus.
