Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Level 2 Network Engineer to provide on-site support in a dynamic, enterprise-level environment located in Salt Lake City . This short-term contract role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing complex network infrastructures in production or industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve low to medium complexity network incidents.
- Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of network issues.
- Maintain and patch network management systems using automation tools.
- Support and integrate network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Delegate tasks to junior technical staff as needed.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and IT leadership to improve network reliability and security.
Required Skills & Experience
- Network routing, switching, and troubleshooting
- Firewall administration and network security monitoring
- Familiarity with Zscaler cloud security solutions
- Experience with network automation and scripting for patch management

Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, OR 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- CCNA (Routing & Switching, DevNet, or CyberOps)
- Zscaler (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA)
