Implement design, develop high quality code, and maintain software applications using C#, .Net core, GO, Kafka, API, Mongo DB/SQL adhering to defined standards and design principles. 3. Unit test the solution using XUnit. 4. Perform code review with Peer /Architect team. 5. Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM solutions. 6. Ensure the software meets performance, quality, and security standards. 7. **Monitoring and Troubleshooting:** 8. Utilize Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance. 9. Identify and resolve software issues and bugs promptly. 10. **Stakeholder Communication:** 11. Collaborate with project managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. 12. Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 13. **Ticket and Request Management:** 14. Respond to and resolve tickets and requests in a timely manner in ServiceNow & JIRA 15. Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. 16. **Team Collaboration:** 17. Collaborate closely with other developers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. 18. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. 19. **Continuous Improvement:** 20. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 21. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. **Required Experience** : **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 5-7yrs years of experience in software development. + Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, MongoDB, API, KAFKA, XUnit, GITLAB, JIRA, GO Lang and POSTMAN Tool. + Experience with ServiceNow ITSM. + Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Service now and other monitoring tools is an added advantage. + Strong critical thinking skills and diligence. + Excellent communication and people skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in the healthcare industry. + Certifications in relevant technologies. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applicants will be accepted till 6/13/2025. The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $75K-$85K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
