Touro Luggage Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our daily office, inventory, and accounting tasks. This is a part-time, on-site role ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with data entry, and able to learn systems quickly in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on keeping records accurate, inventory organized, and vendor paperwork moving smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work and behind-the-scenes operations. What You’ll Do You’ll help enter and voucher invoices, assist with accounts payable, and support basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks. You’ll track inventory and confirm shipments are properly received at store locations. You’ll help prepare vendor reports, track credits, and communicate with vendors as needed. You’ll also assist with general administrative and operations tasks and collaborate with the in-office team. What We’re Looking For You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets. Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, or inventory systems is a plus, but not required if you’re a quick learner. You’re organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently. Prior admin, accounting assistant, or data entry experience is helpful.
