**Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:**
**Your responsibilities include:**
* ** Social Media Marketing**
* Drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and increase qualified traffic through a consistent and impactful social media presence
* Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels
* Share success stories, team culture highlights, and testimonials to humanize the brand and inspire trust
* Produce and publish short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) for educational and high-funnel awareness campaigns
* Engage with followers via comments, direct messages, and community posts to maintain a responsive brand presence
* Collaborate with the Video Editor to cut and repurpose content from webinars, interviews, and internal calls for social distribution
* ** Content Strategy & Creation**
* Develop a cohesive content ecosystem that attracts, educates, and converts leads while reinforcing WeAssist’s brand values
* Create long-form blog posts and thought-leadership articles addressing remote hiring trends and client pain points
* Develop lead magnets (eBooks, checklists, templates) to capture leads and grow the email list
* Write persuasive, on-brand copy for websites, emails, landing pages, ads, and sales assets
* ** Brand Identity & Creative Direction**
* Safeguard and scale a consistent, professional, and emotionally resonant brand presence across all platforms
* Create and maintain a comprehensive brand kit, including voice, tone, color palette, and design principles
* Define and refine brand messaging that aligns with the company’s mission and audience expectations
* Oversee the design of brand assets such as presentations, sales decks, brochures, and one-pagers
* Produce visually engaging social media graphics and templates to ensure brand cohesion
* ** Online Reputation Management**
* Strengthen our online credibility by proactively managing feedback and turning satisfied clients into advocates
* Respond to online reviews and comments with professionalism and empathy
* Encourage happy clients to leave reviews on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, etc.
* Collect, curate, and publish video and written testimonials that showcase client success stories
* Implement and promote a referral program that incentivizes client-driven growth
* Develop client retention marketing efforts, such as exclusive content or appreciation gifts, to reduce churn.
* ** Email Marketing Campaigns**
* Build and nurture relationships with leads and clients through strategic, high-converting email communication
* Design and implement lead-nurturing workflows using platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp
* Plan and send monthly newsletters with updates, resources, and case studies
* Craft targeted sales emails to promote services and drive conversions.
* Monitor performance metrics to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for better engagement
* ** Website & SEO (Nice-to-Have)**
* Assist in managing the company website, ensuring it is fast, mobile-optimized, and visually compelling
* Apply on-page SEO best practices to improve keyword visibility and search engine ranking
* Recommend UX and conversion rate improvements to boost lead generation and site engagement
* ** AI, Automation & Chatbot Operations (Bonus Skills)**
* Use AI tools to support content creation, email campaigns, and lead segmentation
* Build and maintain an internal chatbot using prompt engineering and integrated SOPs
* Set up and manage marketing automations using tools like Zapier, Make, and HubSpot workflows
