**HIRING FULL-TIME** **TEST TECHNICIANS!!!** **Location: Simi Valley, CA** **Pay Rate: $20/HR - $27/HR** **Shift: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9/80 SCHEDULE OFF EVERY OTHER FRIDAY)** **Job Description:** Primary responsibility will be to test and assemble Small Unmanned Aerial System products in our TMS/TUAS manufacturing facility following released engineering drawings and assembly instructions using our work order system. We are looking for people with exceptional computer skills such as building PCs, troubleshooting, and debugging. **Responsibilities:** + Test and assemble Small Unmanned Aerial System products. + Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools. + Conduct final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles. + Test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final assemblies. + Collaborate with other Production Technicians and Engineering to correct and improve assembly documents. + Ensure work order protocols are followed and paperwork is completed. + Train other technicians to build products or follow established assembly processes. + Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure items meet high-quality standards. + Work with manufacturing engineers to improve assembly efficiency, product quality, and reduce manufacturing costs. **Requirements/Preferences:** + Aerospace Assembly + Hand & Power Tools + Blueprint reading **Why This Position?** + Aerospace Manufacturing Company, which provides unique benefits, guarantees raises/promotions within the company + Good opportunity to continue growing into the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry **Location:** Simi Valley **Apply right now** **expect a call from Aerotek** **** **.
