The Assembler responsibilities for this position include:

• Perform on multiple sub-assembly operations and shorter cycle time kits while working at work bench station
• Perform repeatable processes requiring a low amount of troubleshooting and adjustment to safely build a quality product
• Ability to use basic hand tools, torque guns, and simple electrical devices
• Must operate at standard productivity rate after completion of formal training
• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Ability to be trained on forklift, RF scanners, label printers, and other equipment as assigned
• Ability to learn basic SAP computerized transactions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years related experience
• Must have worked in an assembly-based area which included detailed work instructions, method layouts, and other work instructions
• Must be able to read drawings and/or blueprints
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours with frequent bending, stooping and squatting
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. while handling bulky items

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $29,400 - 44,100 Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
