ANNUAL GIVING MANAGER
The Nightingale-Bamford School is seeking candidates for the position of annual giving manager to join the school’s advancement team. The role will manage projects and initiatives that support the success of the annual fund, the Nightingale Fund. Reporting to the assistant director of institutional advancement, the annual giving manager will advance the continued growth of the Nightingale Fund, with a focus on compelling content development and effective management of the Parent Class Agent program.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, highly collaborative, and enthusiastic team-player who is eager to take part in a dynamic and fast-paced fundraising program.
This is a full-time, 12 month exempt position. This position is eligible to work from home one day a week, with additional remote possibilities during the summer months and when school is not in-session.

SALARY RANGE
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience. When extending an offer, Nightingale considers a range of factors including, but not limited to: the position’s scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and training, key skills, internal peer equity, and market/organizational considerations.
